About
Notes from a slow kitchen.
tinavnourish is a recipe journal for cooks who actually read the headnotes. No auto-playing videos, no six-paragraph story about a holiday before the recipe — just a real, tested method, a headnote that explains the interesting bits, and notes on what to change when you don't have the "right" pan.
What you'll find here
- Seasonal, plant-forward mains and sides with the occasional sweet.
- Times that are honest — prep time is real prep, not "while the oven heats".
- Mixed ingredient forms. "200g flour" is structured; "flaky sea salt, to taste" is not. The schema handles both.
Who writes this
A small group of home cooks who develop and re-test each recipe at least three times before it goes up. Authorship appears on every recipe card and on each recipe page.
The longer plan
A small print cookbook and a pantry shop are both on the roadmap — the scaffold for the shop already lives in this codebase. If you'd like to publish a recipe here, or stock a product, the contact page is the door.
